2021 YOUNG ARTIST SCHOLARSHIP
A Bridgeport Film Fest Initiative Application will open October 2021 The Bridgeport Film Fest, in partnership with Groundwork Bridgeport, is a nonprofit initiative that seeks to showcase, guide and inspire independent film and theatre artists from the Bridgeport community and beyond. As part of this effort, we are offering up to four merit-based scholarships for high school seniors in the Bridgeport public schools as well as one merit-based scholarship for a current Housatonic Community College student. The recipients will be awarded $2000 to go towards any and all expenses associated with pursuing an education in film, theater, or the arts at any college or university in the US.
