Delivery Driver is Laura’s directorial debut—filmed in New Haven and Bridgeport by a dedicated team of over thirty volunteers under the intense creative pressure cooker of the 48 Hour Film Project.

At its core, the film is a Lynchian sci-fi drama that explores a queer maternal perspective trapped within a corporate simulation. It follows a delivery driver willing to do whatever it takes to secure a better life for her family. It shows us what we lose when we sacrifice the seemingly mundane moments that collectively shape a rich, meaningful life.
